RAIN NETWORK POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are bound to work from home currently and my internet has been down for a few days, i have been basically begging Rain to investigate as the Payments are up to date as this is a lifeline to earning an income, Nobody is bothered to get back to us.Why must i be begging for a service when you get your monies on time, Do you as a Company not understand how detrimental this is for us as we earn a living using the internet ? You guys just go about your day with not a worry in your eye ?

Fix my Internet as you are in breach of your agreement !!! Your service is very very bad !!!
