Rain network pathetic Service.
I am very disappointed in this service. I bought a rain sim card and activate and Rica it. Since I purchased this sim card I have not been able to connect to the network. I have logged numerous queries on they website and facebook but I only received ticket numbers. Not one day had their customer service try to assist me. I want a full refund because I have not used they service. This service provider is advertising false information. They service is the worst.
