Rain Network PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the people with the worst service ever, they don't respond to any messages, they tell you that it is so good and everything just to get you hooked but as soon as you are a client the ignore you completely. My 5G router is not operating and switches on and off the whole time, the one time I receive a response the guy tells me it is strange and goes offline, very very very poor service!!! They are exactly like their service NOT WORKING! People please do not be a fool and connect to rain as they are useless and just steel your money they don't care about their clients
