Rain network not connecting for days.

I logged a call from Saturday the 26 regarding not being connected. Called more than 3 times and the consultants kept on saying restart an move router which did not work. The router worked all day and SUDDENLY it connected to a tower 10km away from my place. I cannot keep on repeating one thing (moving the router around the house) over and over I have been using Airtime to make phone calls and I am not getting any help. I am buying data yet i pay for unlimited 5g that doesnt work properly.
