RAIN NETWORK NOT CONNECTING

After being with Rain Network from 2022 I have never missed a payment now I have been paying since the beginning of September for nothing, I have been having network issues since beginning of the month and I have spent so much money buying airtime and calling Rain however to this day I have not been assisted. I have not been able to work from home due to lack of network and losing on overtime money due to lack of network I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I am receiving. I only get told to restart, move the router near the window and thats just about it I am so unhappy so much money I am wasting.
