Rain network no coverage but they keep deducting

I bought a Rain Sim card after checking coverage map and couldn't get signal. I tried numerous times to contact rain without much luck, on 2 occasions managed to speak to someone who tried to help but couldn't make any difference. I have since tried to cancel it, which seems impossible. I have completed online message asking to cancel, nothing! I have now emailed them 3 times, still nothing. They can see from there records I haven't used any data but keep deducting payments every month. Nobody gets back to you, messages go unanswered. All you get is automated message saying someone will contact you, which never happens, Do think if you fall inside there coverage area you will get signal, you may not. All I want is to be refunded for the monies they've deducted and to cancel everything I have to do with them
