Rain network nightmare

I have just wasted my 479r after upgrading from a 249r package trouble started.. Rain network is a nightmare honestly in can't even watch Netflix on my smart tv use my computer or even Google on my fone because of this terrible network...I called your call centre only to get setup instructions which didn't help in anyway am really dissapointed you guys are quick to debit your money but when someone has a problem you can't help ...what a waste of money I have lost may clients as someone that works from.home I use internet to communicate...am moving to another service provider cause honestly you guys failed me
