Rain Network Nightmare

In May this yea, my house got broken into and the rain router as well as my other belongings were ******. I opened a case of house breaking and reported the incident to rain more than 3 times. They debited my account twice since then. I am not sure who’s using my rooter but it’s definitely not in my house. Calling the call centre is a nightmare with agents saying they’ve reported the matter but I still get debited and if there’s no money in my account, I pay the debit order fee. They debit every chance they get and they have left me with so much of debit order charges equivalent to the Rain instalment. I am paying for a service I don’t use. So someone out there is so lucky because Rain is service is so pathetic!!
