Rain Network nightmare

I wish I could give less than half a star. What a nightmare. I paid for the R250 package on the 22nd of July but it never activated. They did a sim swap and kept telling me that it would be activated within 24 hours. Today a week later I called to cancel the contract because the sim has never connected and they said they have deducted a pro rata amount of R72 for service(what service you ask? I don’t know either). I tried to explain that the sim has never worked and the call agent just said she’ll escalate it for a refund minus the R72 for service. I just want the nightmare to end already
