Rain network madness

The best of the worst. Every weekend I must call them to ask them to switch on my internet. EVERY WEEKEND. My rooter is the outside mounted one but they always tell me to put it next to the window, EVERY WEEKEND. They tell me that my case is escalated and a technician will be in contact, EVERY WEEKEND. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this guys. Try MTN or Vodacom or anyone else, just stay away from Rain.
