Rain network keeps fumbling

Paid R745 on the 22nd Jan 2024 ….jan 30th 2024 they cut my services off …31st of Jan I called to enquire the issue, They’re systems were offline they couldn’t even verify me as they’re client …so the representative said she will call me back when system are up ……I guess they are still down 🤷🏽♂️
