RAIN network issues

I’ve been dealing with constant RAIN network issues that never get resolved. Every time I reach out for help, I only get the same generic chatbot responses telling me to reboot my device, which never works. The lack of real support and effective solutions is extremely frustrating, and it feels like the company doesn’t take customer problems seriously.
