Rain network issues
I am a client of rain for some time now and everytime I call to come complain about how bad my network is all their consultants cannot give me our assist with anything i was told that my 5g router is connected to a 4g tower, I have reset this router so many times I even lost count, my network goes from good right down to poor and then connected without internet like I said this is going on for months now, can't stream can't do anything very very poor service

The guy i spoke to yesterday advised me that when he checks the 5g tower it is working fine and there is no problems with it
I Fail to understand as to why does the tower always have problems as this is not the 1st time i was told that you'll engineers are fixing the issue
However i just hope it comes right soon as paying for a service i am not getting is not fair on my side

10 Aug 2023, 19:39This is really ridiculous since 16:00 this afternoon my network is extremely bad now it does not even want load or stream anything this is the worst service I have ever had this needs to be resolved soon

13 Aug 2023, 15:17This is the worst service ever now thing 1 devise is connect and the others are not nothing is working and I don't want any more calls I want this useless thing fixed cause it's easy to make calls but fixing a problem you'll can never do i need to take this even further now I'm done with this useless service
