Rain network issues

My WiFi has been offline since last Saturday I have been trying to contact the support however none of them assisted me wasted my airtime contacting them only to tell me to reboot the WiFi I did all of that but still experiencing the same issue. My concern is I have wasted so much money buying data while rain already charged me for something that isn’t working my question is are you running a ****ming business ?
