RAIN NETWORK IS WACK

The service is very terrible. Have been experiencing connection problems dating back to the 19th Dec 2020 to around the 26th Jan 2021. Even when connection was restored it was not stable. The same thing happened again from the 18th February 2021 up to date. One pays for no service rendered. Have 3 case numbers registered with the network but there is no forthcoming solution. We are basically paying for no service. My queries were handled by Lorenzo (who was very helpful), Angus (depressing), Tiffany and Aubrey(very helpful. I wonder what is their tower coverage radius cause i am 1.15km from their closest tower which i have been connecting from since July 2020. The problem started in Dec and their excuse was that the tower was down
