Rain network is useless

I have been on Rain network since 2019. From when they started. I upgraded to 5G last May 2022. The network has been running smooth since then until August 2023 when they introduced the Rain One thing. The network a disaster, it is clogged. I find it so hard to get anything done yet R739 is deduced from my account every month. I tried to call them more 4 times only to be told to reset the whole wifi router which is never working at all. I tried to cancel last week but they said will send someone to come check the router device still that didn't happen.

Rain has become useless and if u thinking of jping it save your money and contact another service provider.
