RAIN NETWORK IS UNRELIABLE, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY TEMPORARY PERFOMANCE.

ALMOST 3 WEEKS WITH INTERRUPTED SERVICES, terrible connection, buffering all the time, can't get work done all because a tower is down and must be fixed.

I have been using Rain Network for many years and have enjoyed their service, recommended their "excellent service" to others until recently where it seems as though providing the service, WE PAY FOR, is not something they bother themselves with.

After making multiple calls, some of which have been cut with no solution provided or at least an ETA. RAIN HAS BECOME AN UNRELIABLE NETWORK PROVIDER WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICES.
