RAIN Network is unreliable.

I've been on the RAIN network now for 3 months. First two months where OK. No so much Downtime. In the last month, I've had numerous downtimes. I log it each time. Only get a response days later. The responses I get are USELESS. I moved over from Telkom to RAIN. But RAIN's customer service is just as useless as TELKOM
