Rain network is unprofessional and *****

Rain is ******, I had endless connectivity issues before and full monies always gets debited, so unfair and unprofessional. After confirming that they are decommissioning a tower and advised me to cancel, I did cancel 3weeks before month end. Only then does a agent call me and insist their is nothing wrong with the connectivity on their side, really now, your router shows no signal and I was adamant that I don't want to use their 5g services as I have no connection. A week before month end they called again to arrange collection of the router. Guess what. The router is still not collected but they did debit the full amount this morning. Rain is *******. Bad service. Bad connection and they customer service sucks. I want my money to be credited, how can you charge for a service you don't deliver. So fed up. Mr Cader
