Rain Network is ****ty and They dont even care to fix it

This network is the worst .I have not been able to connect at most 90 percent of the time in 2020 .I have complained and i was told to reboot my router and still nothing.During lockdown i have barely used it because it doesn't connect .Its a **** network and every time you complain to them ,they do absolutely nothing .I am basically paying 250 per month for nothing .So much of a **** !!!!!!!
