Rain network is trash

Rain network still have alot to fix in order to be the best. I lost my sim card on the 19th July 2019 and asked to block the sim. They rep**** saying i can't block the sim unless i get a new sim and they do simswap. 25th July 2019 i received my sim and they started the simswap process. They said sim swap takes around 24 hours to complete. I am still waiting for the sim swap as it's more than 48 hours waiting. I haven't been connected for a week but end of the month they gonna debit the whole amount. So unfair and unprofessional. Rain is trash.
