Rain network is the worst just like their service!
I have no internet connection since last Friday. I phone Rain several times everyday. They promise that they have resolved the problems and I need to give the router several minutes to work. It never works.
I have to use my mobile data because I work from home, despite that I have paid my subscription.
Yesterday I went to their Paulshof shop, they said my router was old, despite that it's less than 6 months old. They gave me a new one, but still no internet connection.
Please let us know experiences of other Rain customers. Their service is very bad@

Thanks for your assistance. Network comes and goes like every few minutes. Very intermittent and continuously so, making it impossible to work.

The router still does not have internet connection. It connect for a minute or less, then losses connection as mentioned to you.
I cannot be using my mobile data for connectivity, it is very costly and an inconvenience.
