Rain network is terrible

Good day, a few days ago my rain sim just stopped working, all along it was poor but now its worse, I cant even get work done, the network is very bad and they keep telling me that I am connected and yet i can't even receive a Whatsapp text, the bars are full but i don't receive texts I have switched devices and its just the rain network that is bad

It has been two weeks without any assistance from rain, always receiving same email about APN settings, I even have a new router (D-Link) but still experiencing the same problem.
