RAIN NETWORK IS TERRIBLE

I have been trying to cancel my Rain subscription for 4 months with no success.

Today, after finally reaching an agent, I spoke with a manager named Yaseen, who was extremely rude and condescending. I explained that I never received a reference number despite my repeated attempts to contact the company. I even provided call logs as proof. When I asked Yaseen how this was my fault, I received no clear explanation.

I’ve been repeatedly told that my account will be canceled at the end of the month and that my payment on the 15th would be refunded, but this has not happened for the past 3 months.

Rain, please help resolve this issue with someone competent!
