Rain network is really terrible

Rain network is really terrible. I feel like I am paying for nothing because on a daily basis from 3 pm to after 9pm in the evenings I have no connection. I am always requesting for help with some of the agents I have spoken to not helpful at all however today I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Siphiwe Kubheka who was very helpful and professional. He was also patient in the way he was assisting and tried to assist me in finding a solution for my signal issue and even though I still do not have signal the call was comforting in my frustration.
