Rain network is not true to its customers . I hate Rain network and I will never ever use it in my life.

I canceled it because of poor service. I canceled using the app and continue to bill me.i call them to cancel it bcs it was keep on deducting and the consultant said she will escalate my request but no one call me back until today.may before 25th I went to my bank and change my card. By doing that they didn't manage to debit my account. On the 25th they send me the massage that they didn't get the money. Bu when I apply for wifi they sad if I miss a payment they will disconnect network as I have to pay upfront but now they said I owe them R998 and my account is on areas. I still fail to understand how I have areas on something that I have to pay before I get service. I feel is better to open a case against Rain network as they are ruining my name and I don't want to get blacklisted for something that I don't understand. I even disconnect it and put it in the box for 2 month now and it Sims like they don't want to collect it. I am so disgusted 😪.
