Rain Network is in shambles

Since Saturday my network connection has been down. I called Sunday and they said, "Network towers near me are down and would be fixed within 48hours". As I type this message, I don't know how many times have called to get this matter resolved but the consultants keep telling me to reset my router. How long will it take for these towers to be fixed as it has been more then 48hours? What makes me angry is that fact that, I'm buying data for myself and brother because it's exam time and both of us require the internet when studying. The service I have received has been disgusting and honestly, I will not recommend it to anyone!!!
