Rain network is horrible

Rain network is absolutely pathetic. I have been using the sim card for two weeks now and it hardly connects to the internet. I'm on the R250 monthly option, it is supposed to be unlimited for 19 hours but trust me, this is not true. There are so many limitations, the download speed is horrible. Their website has no complaints management system, no call center, no customer service at all.
