Rain network is garbage

Rain network is the worst thing that has ever happened to South Africa. Their signal and network doesn't work. I called them to cancel my account and they told me that they canceled but after they're trying to deduct money from my account saying I'm a post paid client. Which is bull****. I paid to before I could use rain and that means I'm prepaid.

These guys are nonsense and now they want to deliver another Sim card that I don't want at all.

There's no way. How come I paid before using it? This is ridiculous and outrageous. Close that profile and account immediately.
If I had used it first before paying I would pay but this is not correct.
Also cancel that stupid delivery of Sim card replacement because your stupid courier keeps calling me 😡 you are a bad business and you don't even take your customers seriously, you have a bad network problem and aren't reachable. Yet you call when you want to offer something 😡

Why keep it as credit? Why not communicate with me because as far as I know I am prepaid.
This is why your business is garbage and I will never recommend it to anyone
