Rain network is ***** and *********, don't use them

Rain is a bunch of *****. I have used rain for +/- a year now and I still get **** service. I contacted the helpline and they said it was my router's settings and they guided me on setting it up. but still, my internet it's still snail slow. in fact, I think the snail is faster. I decided to upgrade my package to 4G LTE Uncapped, which promises 10mb download speed, but I'm getting about 0.03. What the hell.

This is ********. I don't advise anyone to buy rain. It's a ****ty network. I'm currently on the lookout for better service providers that deliver what they promise.
