Rain network is complete nonsense trash.

Rain network is complete and utter nonsense. I have been trying to cancel my account with them for months now. 1st they kept billing me even when I wasn't using their service. I requested a cancellation of my account and was told I have to settle my account 1st, which I reluctantly did. Then after I paid them, they called to try sell me promotional products, to which I declined and told them to cancel my account. The consultant said he will do so on his side. They still kept charging me without me using their SIM card. I keep getting called by their consultants and each time I not the time, date and the names of the consultants and proceed to tell them to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I have been told at least 3 times that they've logged my complaint. Additionally I have sent them an email addressing my concerns and telling them to cancel my account. All these efforts have been in vain. I want absolutely nothing to do with Rain.
