Rain network is bad and their service

I had rain wifi router 101 but since their network was bad i canceled it on the 18 of May last month. On the 25 they deducted money from my bank account after cancelation and I did Port my number since they told me if I Port my number to their network I will be paying 399 not 625 but it never happened they were just selling. Now I want my number back since they blocked it and my money cause I canceled before my payment date the 25. I tried to phone them they said they will pay after they receive their router and they received it now to pay the money and gave me my number it's a struggle. Rain is full nonsense.
