Rain network is bad

Rain is such a mess network,their network is slow no one comes to assist you have to do the trouble shooting for them while you are home.I am a student and i rely 100% on their service yet they will disappoint you! The money an paying it is not even worth their service.I upgraded it is even worse.And when you call their number it does not go through or its either you get to choose options and hold next thing you are being cut off . on the line.matters are not escalated ,they do not return calls yet if you dare skip a payment they notice right away. When you call to complain you will be directed or given excuses of your tower of where you are located ,you buy the router ,it gets delivered to you ,you set it up .even when the connectivity is not fine you must fix it wow.
