Rain network is a ****.

They don't contact you when you log a query.

The time I called in to report my internet not having worked for over a month, the consultant refused to reimburse me for a month of not using the internet because it constantly shows no service.

She resetted it and it worked for a while but now we are on the same page again.

She told me to reset the apn everytime the internet goes off. And I've been doing that for the past week and it has not worked.

I have paid R475 x 3 months not being able to use the internet.

I am sick and tired of rain and I see all the complaints.

They are a circus and not a service provider.

They must reimburse me for 3 months and sort out this problem.

When I need to work from home, I need to buy additional data because rain employees are not competent while I still pay for internet of R470.

I will plaster this all over the media because rain is *****ing my money.
