Rain Network is a ****

Rain is said to be a contract free and month to month, but even when you stop using them they will come back months later and deduct money from your account with interest without prior communication.

I stopped using rain in August 2021 because their connection is ****, I did not pay for that month and was disconnected. I even threw away the sim-card because I had no use for it anymore to my surprise in December 2022 they debited double what I used to pay monthly, I called to ask why that was happening as I haven't used their services in over a year, they said they'd investigate then came back to me and said according to their system they don't owe me anything, the nerve.
