RAIN NETWORK IS A ****

I am lost of words with rain that doesnt give a damn about their customers.I've sent many emails and I'm still waiting for their agent to get back to me regarding the sim card that I order and still not active I waited 3 weeks for this sim card delivery and when it finally got here the sim card is not working.I've been trying to get hold of your unreachable customer service department and worst part is I paid for this sim card and I didnt use it,you guys are really taking your customer for granted. this ridiculous really now I cant work from because of this issue and not talking to anyone from your side makes it worse because you dont know when the issue is gonna be resolved I'm really sick and tired of this service provider and paying for service that's non existence. please lets just do both of us a favor refund my money so I can buy data and do my work and come take your stupid sim card that doesn't work.This is a **** because attending to payment there's no issues but the queries are never attended to...
