Rain Network Is a painful experience

Had rain a year ago. Had issues and ordered Fiber. Decided to get rain for extra Sim in my Phone this week. It's taken 4 days to get a Sim delivered the correct way but 16 minutes with Mr D. Tried to pay online 3 times failed. Tried to activate.... now RICA..... Days of messing about with this is not worth it. Canceling before I start.
