Rain network is a ghost company

All l can say is Rain network are *****ing from us. When l signed up l was told that its a pay as you go service. Their network is very poor. I decided to cancel their services, l really struggled to unsubscribe from their app and to remove my bank details. When l called them they told me that l am in areas. I was told to pay R535 then the service will be cancelled. I did pay them. But guess what, the following month l got several notifications from my bank for unsuccessful debit orders. I called my bank they told me it was ran network trying to debit money. I chat with their consultant they said they have created an email help is on the way one of their consultants will call me. I wrote more than 10 requests asking them to cancel my subscription. They never cancel. Their online conversation is in the air or should l say they are Ghosts. They are a bunch if *******. Until today rain sends me messages and try to ***** my money from the bank. This company must be investigated
