Rain I have sent a report in to confirm that you have resolved my issue Iam still not receiving the high recommended speed that was issued with the package I bought you guys are nothing but *****s this will go on to my Facebook account as well to notify people that you as a company don't make an effort to resolve a simple ****ing issue of network problems
