Rain Network is a ****!!!

Rain Network is the worst service provider in the whole of SA. We pay R600 and something every month just to have 2 or 3 days of average network the rest of the month we struggle with internet, we have to buy data just to cover for hours and hours of having slow internet or sometimes NO internet service at all. We end up paying more than R1000 for data since we're 5people with phones plus TV at home. Communication with Rain is the worst,they always promise to "escalate "the issue further,promise to send technicians in our home to fix the issue,they tell us to rebbptor change position of the router,even after doing all those steps every week we still get nowhere. I will be ending my business with them soon and go to another service.
