Rain network is *********

I have called rain and was given a ticket number with an Agent who promised to call me a month ago and to date has never attempted I know so because I have True caller to determine who calls me. This is because Rain is currently threatening with smses and emails via their lawyers at Nudebt & trying to rip me off, I was on a month to month contract with them and have not used the network for over a year, all of a sudden I get an email from collections@nudebt that I am handed over, I have not been using rain for over a year they say I owe for telecommunication services, what service was rendered to me as I haven't been using them. I too am wondering how many people are getting these communications from rain and this collections company. I have a good credit score & it's a **** to be threatened in this manner and that one will be listed per their emails
