Rain network horrible service!

I have been struggling to cancel the rain internet subscription. It’s so easy to “buy” a product and they say it’s not a contact but to cancel it is almost impossible.

I’ve been calling and not getting through. I have also requested call backs with no luck.

However as soon as I say I’m requesting a call back for sales I get called within seconds!
