Rain Network Horrible

I really wish I could give rain 5 stars. They really have nice affordable mobile data deals but their network is very slow and would give you heart attack if you are not a patient person. The funniest thing is that I checked, using their site, the coverage in my area and was all green but I could not leave with that and had to cancel my contract within 3 days - that's a record.

Another problem is the customer service where you log a support request and they promise to get back to you within 24 and 48 hours but dololo. The said thing is that you cannot even call or chat to anyone but wait for their response which will never reach you.

I am really looking forward to make business with them in future but for now the network and service is horrible.
