Rain network gone from bad to worse

Absolutely ******* network. From October last year having connectivity issues. All Rain support do is tell you to face the router in another direction and when that fails they go to line is we will escalate your problem to a 2nd tier engineer. 3 months gone and my issues are not sorted out. Guys do not waste your time with this service provider.
