RAIN Network ****ing pethetic!!!!!!! DON'T USE RAIN

Okay so I ordered a Rain data sim from their website on the 24 December. It was told I will receive it on the 26th which I didn't cause of Ram. Then I got it on the 2nd after serval phone calls which I have to contact them and they didn't contact me. I finally got the sim card delivered to me. I requested a compensation due to the delay and that got declined. They are running a 7day unlimited promo. I am currently on my fourth day of using it and on the third day my sim just won't connect to the Internet. I had to call in again to get my APN settings sorted and it still didn't work. Just to find out that I am sharing the same ****ing sim card with someone else. When I ask them to sort it ASAP they couldn't give me an answer and just say it takes 24 hours for it to be resolved. Like really who are these people. They have no service s****s whatsoever. I wouldn't want anyone to use rain. They rain bad services upon customer service and there is no way they ever gonna change cause they don't care about their customers.
