Rain network ****

Hi,I want to know from Rain why they still bill me fir a service I canceled,the 4G sim deal that I took was on month to month and I give the 1 month notice that I was not happy with their service,no response on complaints,I send them a email with all their reference numbers that state "help is on the way,today I received a sms stated to avoid limited internet due to non payment,so I want to know how do you get it right to bill a person like that,this is very bad,pls people watch out for this rain network people,my account is currently on R1070 and they notify me my next payment date is 1st October.any advice how to deal with ****** pls

Hi,the day I canceled it on the rain app,they send me,help is on the way email,which you guys never responde to help,I can supply you with all that reference numbers

Normally your 4G sim will show green tick next to the sim which it not showing any more,it's a pitty I can't load screen shots on hello Peter to give you more proof
