Rain Network Down

Very poor network coverage lately, and even poorer communication. The network has been up and down for the past 72 hours in the Kagiso West Rand area and there's no explanation or any form of communication to enlighten users. I called several times only to be told then that they are aware of the problem and techs are working on it, I hope for a prorated bill this month for all these days without service.
