Rain Network Down

I have been down for the past 3 days, unable to do my job, i pay for a premium package yet the service i get sucks, they even close my reference numbers however i do not have service, when you speak to support they say wait 24 hours, maybe i cant do maths, coz to me since wednesday till now is more than 24 hours and they billing me for something im not using. Jobs are so hard to find, u choose a service provider which you hope can provide you with service yet no luck, at the rate i am going, i should rather rethink my service provider.
