Rain network - doing least to make sure their customers are happy

So much dissatisfaction with this network... I had been using rain network. Loyal customer for over four years. With their rain promotions. I was offered rain one sim cards. Mistakenly I ported my business number to rain... Now I hardly have coverage with my business number. Asking their consultants on what to do. I was offered another contract I don't need nor use... Now my premiums are double than what they should... Called them yet again they telling me they can't help me they did all they could do... And I should continue paying for something which is useless. When there's rain, rain is not available... I'm so dissatisfied with them
