Rain network doesn't work in Noordwyk

I've been using rain sinceast year August, living in Rustivia, Germiston and ice since moved to Noordwyk in Midrand from January 2021. From around April, the network started being very week and lately I can't get connect but I pay each month. The router shows 3G and 4G and for some reason when the network is on 3G and 4G the internet is not available! I've submitted request to Rain and all I get is that am agent will call me, but no one contacted me even today. This is the worse network ever anf they promise lies. When I check my coverage it shows that my area is actually in the center of the 5G network coverage which should have been more stronger, but is not even connecting
